We at King of Mattresses are happy to deliver your orders. If you're buying online, your delivery fee will be automatically calculated in your cart using your postal code. For purchases made in-store, ask our staff about the delivery cost.
We use our own delivery service and sometimes trusted third-party companies to keep costs low. You'll get an email or text confirming your delivery date and time. If you prefer, you can arrange delivery with another company. If you do this, we'll treat it as if you're picking up the order yourself.
If you refuse a delivery for any reason, like the item not fitting or you're not home, we'll charge a 15% restocking fee. If we need to deliver again, there will be an extra charge. We don't give refunds for refused deliveries, and delivery fees aren't refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your order within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery, we'll charge a 20% restocking fee.
Please make sure the items you buy will fit in your home. Measure narrow doorways, staircase turns, and low ceilings to make sure. Our delivery team can't lift items to an upper floor or deliver above the third floor without a freight elevator. They also can't dismantle furniture or move your other items. If your furniture doesn't fit, we'll charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you'd rather pick up your order, you can do so at our store. You'll be responsible for safely loading and transporting your items. You'll need to bring your own supplies like blankets, pads, ropes, and straps. We can't help you load items onto open vehicles or in unsafe conditions. Most items will come in their original packaging and you'll need to assemble them.
Please schedule your pick-up with our staff to make sure your items are ready. If you don't pick up your items within 5 days, we'll put them back in our warehouse and charge a 20% restocking fee unless you've made other arrangements with us. If there are any defects or damage, let us know when you pick up your items.
