Returns or Exchanges

King of Mattresses is dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied. We offer refunds and exchanges under certain conditions:

  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The items must be new and unused. Items should not be damaged. If an item is damaged, refuse it at the time of delivery.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging. We can't accept returns for products that have been assembled or modified.
  • We don't offer refunds for special orders, custom fabrics, or specific items. Bedding, linens, and pillows are final sale due to hygiene reasons. Some products can't be returned because our suppliers won't accept them. This includes customized items and select mattresses without a sleep guarantee.
  • We can't exchange discontinued items. If you're unsure whether a product can be returned or exchanged, please call your local King of Mattresses for help.

Please note:

We charge a 25% restocking fee for returns and refunds. We'll waive this fee if you're exchanging for an item of the same value or if a King of Mattresses staff member authorizes it. We charge an $85 fee to pick up the item(s) from your home. Otherwise, you'll need to bring the item(s) to one of our showrooms. You can exchange items for similar ones or for store credit.
