Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Assembled or modified items are not returnable.

Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items include:

  • Special orders, custom fabrics, and discontinued products

  • Bedding, linens, protectors, and pillows (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized items and select mattresses without a sleep guarantee

  • Clearance items

Restocking & Pick-Up Fees

  • Returns: Subject to a 25% restocking fee (may be waived for exchanges of equal value).

  • Home Pick-Up: $100 pickup fee or return the item to a showroom at no cost.

  • Exchanges: available for similar products or store credit.
