Eligibility

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Assembled or modified items are not returnable.
Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items include:

Special orders, custom fabrics, and discontinued products

Bedding, linens, protectors, and pillows (for hygiene reasons)

Customized items and select mattresses without a sleep guarantee

Clearance items

Restocking & Pick-Up Fees

Returns: Subject to a 25% restocking fee (may be waived for exchanges of equal value).

Home Pick-Up: $100 pickup fee or return the item to a showroom at no cost.

Exchanges: available for similar products or store credit.
